Major Features
Traditional Sword Assembly
This sword is assembled as one would an actual longsword. The crossguard, grip, and pommel all slide over the sword's tang. While you cannot hammer 3d printed pieces in place, this still gives a massive surface area for adhesive to grip onto a larger surface area.
The fully assembled sword comes out to approx. 4ft.
All pieces have a flat surface with which to align with the build plate for easy printing.Structural pegs should be printed on their side to align layer lines with their long axis.
Multiple Blade Asembly Options:
The blade comes in 3 different options.
- Segmented with alignment pegs for traditional assemblies
*This can be printed on an Ender 3*
- Blade segmented into two long halves. This can be used with belt printers
- One singular whole blade model for misc purposes, personal slicing
Included Assembly Video:
There is a short video included to show the assembly order/orientation
